Can I return my order and get a refund?
You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery.
Call us on our customer service number (01095049994) and a pick-up will be scheduled for someone from our courier to come and inspect the product to make sure it hasn’t been damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.
If there is any quality problem in the product , or if the item is different than the one ordered, exchange or return is for free.
For other areas, this depends on weight and dimensions of the products, and will be calculated and communicated with you on demand.
If payment was done by cash on delivery, you will receive your money back in cash. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on individual’s bank process.
