Return And Refund Policy
You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery.
Call us on our customer service number (01095049994) and a pick-up will be scheduled for someone from our courier to come and inspect the product (or we'll ask you to send a picture of the item and then pick it up) to make sure it hasn’t been damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.
Estimated time for the courier's pickup:
- Cairo and Giza: 5 - 7 days.
- Alexandria, Suez, Port Said, Ismalia: 7 - 10 days.
- Other areas: 10 - 14 days.
If there is any quality problem in the product, or if the item is different than the one ordered, exchange or return is for free. If there is no damage, the customer will have to cover the return fees, which are the same as the delivery fees.
If payment was done by cash on delivery, you will receive your money back in cash. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the individual’s bank processing.
