Bad customer service

I ordered the towel to my daughter for her camp, I made it on Sunday I received the towel on Friday night after many messages to the help venter and even that my daughter went to her camp without the towel I asked the delivery to open the package to make sure that its the right size and colours he refused and said its your policy, and I refused to take the towel, so you are asking me about my experience and you don't even know that I refused to take , that is the biggest reason that you have zero customer service
