Hello Mintra Egypt team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience regarding my order [20416], which I received around 14 days ago.

Unfortunately, I received a pair of shoes in a completely different color from what I ordered (I ordered Navy/White, but received something else). I’ve tried to contact customer service several times to resolve the issue, but there has been no real support or solution. Every time I’m told that the mistake was from my side, even though my order clearly specified the color I wanted.

Additionally, I requested a return and was asked to pay for the return shipment, even though it wasn’t my mistake. So far, no one has come to collect the Skechers shoes. Every time I reach out to customer service via WhatsApp, they ask me to explain the issue again from the start, claiming that WhatsApp has been updated.

I’m waiting for a quick and clear resolution to this matter, whether it’s sending me the correct item in the color I ordered, or refunding me the full amount paid.

It took nearly a month and the order didn't come so I had to cancel it in the end, please choose a better shipping company than this Mylerz
